Since that day I always cling to this verse from Matthew and live by it. At times I do stumble and fall but the Lord is watching!!!
I used to confess about my weaknesses and failures in my spiritual life but today it brought me onto a new page. It struck me that instant at mass this morning...just thinking about our weaknesses,hardships,persecutions we are actually uniting ourselves to Christ. For it is when I am weak that I am strong!! It reveals to me what a forgiving God we have...even in our shortcomings HE is already one step ahead of us...to turn our misery into unseen blessings.
At today's 2nd reading (St Paul to the Corinthians 12:7-10)
I shall be very happy to make my weaknesses my special boast so that the power of Christ may stay over me.
